Logistics skill was substantially nerfed in HoTA, not to mention a few other things that may screw you over.
Pendant is on the left side of kelp in the area after quest guard for Hippolyta more. Pendant of death - When Gods walked the Earth - Heroes 3 map It's inserted there so you can't win by defeating all heroes and tows, but having to do the quest of finding the grail and bringing i to Olympus more.
